I'm an Integrative Counsellor, here to support you through life's challenges—no matter how big or small they may feel right now.
Life can throw us unexpected curveballs, leaving us feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of where to turn next. You don't have to face it alone. I offer a warm and confidential space where you can talk openly about what's on your mind and begin to make sense of your story.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like you've lost your way? Maybe you're facing difficult decisions or navigating grief, including loss by suicide. Whatever you're carrying, I'm here to listen and walk alongside you.
I understand that no two people are the same—your experiences, emotions, and healing journey are uniquely yours. That's why I tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs, helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

What does integrative mean?
Being registered with the BACP and trained as an Integrative Counsellor means I can bring together different therapeutic approaches in a way that is right for you.
Whether you are looking to make sense of the past and family dynamics, have suffered a bereavement, or anxiety is proving challenging, I'm here to listen to your concerns without fear or judgment. I may bring in some mindfulness and self-compassion exercises to facilitate your journey.
